He has held leadership positions with both market leading and challenger brands in a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, sporting goods, and financial services. This includes roles at Unilever, Callaway Golf, TaylorMade adidas Golf, Easton Baseball/Softball, and INVESCO Funds Group. Paul excels in building brand growth through creative strategic brand positioning, dynamic product development architecture, and stand out go-to-market planning. When he is not helping to help drive company performance, you can find Paul playing basketball, golfing, enjoying the outdoors, or coaching his son’s Little League team.
