GO Helps IrriGreen Shape a Better Future

Innovative irrigation startup hires GO for go-to-market strategy and financial model development.


OPPORTUNITY

Founded by electronics and ink-jet expert, Gary Klinefelter, IrriGreen uses a mobile app and “smart sprinkler” technology to irrigate to the exact dimension of your yard – saving homeowners up to 50% of their water bill. IrriGreen had innovation in spades and looked to GO to help them design a sound go-to-market plan, financial model, and introduce them to investors who may care about their solution as much as they do.


APPROACH

We crafted a team composed of GO GTM and GO CFO members and worked collaboratively and quickly with the IrriGreen team to redefine the brand purpose, value proposition, and map the customer journey. A go-to-market plan was then translated into a financial model and pitch deck that was investor ready.


RESULTS

IrriGreen leveraged the work GO completed to show momentum and increase confidence in the investor community that they were ready to move from idea to commercial offering. The GOStartup™ go-to-market plan created a criteria set for capital investments and allowed IrriGreen to focus on effective ways to enter the marketplace.
