The aviation industry is noted for game changing innovation. A small brilliant team came together and designed & engineered an aircraft that is transforming general aviation. GO was asked to join their mission and help develop the go-to-market plan that maximized their market potential.​

Approach

In a multi-phased collaboration that spanned all aspects of their operation (including: internal design, engineering, brand, operations, finance, and sales teams) we helped develop a comprehensive and integrated go-to-market plan. Then we participated in its execution, including: demand generation plans, public relations initiatives, customer experience management, social campaigns, sales and distribution management, event management and staff development programs.​

Results

In just 12 months, social engagement and participation increased over 50%, owner loyalty programs were successfully implemented, and staff capabilities became razor sharp for launch execution. The net result: booked orders increased in excess of 60% over the same period.
