Approach
In a multi-phased collaboration that spanned all aspects of their operation (including: internal design, engineering, brand, operations, finance, and sales teams) we helped develop a comprehensive and integrated go-to-market plan. Then we participated in its execution, including: demand generation plans, public relations initiatives, customer experience management, social campaigns, sales and distribution management, event management and staff development programs.
Results
In just 12 months, social engagement and participation increased over 50%, owner loyalty programs were successfully implemented, and staff capabilities became razor sharp for launch execution. The net result: booked orders increased in excess of 60% over the same period.
