Prior to GO, Frances held prominent roles such as Director of Accounting at Exit Consulting Group, and Partner/Leader at CPA MOMS, where she excelled in facilitating business growth and streamlining financial operations. Earlier in her career, she served as Corporate Controller and Financial Manager for Park West Landscape and Administrative Manager at Advanced Honeycomb Technologies, experiences that solidified her expertise in managing large scale financial operations
